with allspice, potatoes and Oaxacan tomato sauce
 
Sopes Florentine
Fresh masa cakes flavored with red beans & sweet ancho chile topped with sautéed kale raab, poached eggs, chile-lime hollandaise, crema, salsa verde & fried potatoes
 
Hotcakes made with fresh masa
topped with fruit compote
 
Chilorio pork hash and eggs
Pork belly fried in chile, yellow potatoes, jalapeño, red onion escabeche
