Just $45 for three courses plus dessert, and a stellar menu of dishes you've never had before!

 

Three ceviches

Albacore, nori, avocado, yuzu koshu and lychee

Spot prawns, salsa verde, Thai basil and cherry tomatoes

Octopus, legumas in chileajo, hijiki and mizuna

 

Chawanmushi - Japanese style egg custard, with carnitas style pork belly fried in chile

&

Fresh masa chalupa with miso-mole sauce, crispy duck carnitas, and cured cucumber

 

Carne Asada Platter

Grass fed beef marinated in guajillo, avocado leaf and allspice

With Oaxacan black beans

Peach and radish kimchee

Red chile peanut sauce

 

And dessert by Xico Pastry Chef Mindy Keith

Ginger cake, peanut curry butter cream, coconut flan, white chocolate-chile-ginger crunch

Roasted potatoes with crème frâiche and horseradish
