Prickly Pear Margarita
1 ounce prickly pear purée
1/2 ounce lime juice, fresh squeezed
1.5 ounces Lunazul tequila blanco
1/4 teaspoon simple syrup
Run a lime wedge along the rim of a cocktail glass, then dip the rim in a mix of salt and sugar. Shake all ingredients with ice and serve up.
